I am a Lecturer (Assistant Professor) in the Department of Banking and Finance at Monash Business School. My research interests include real estate finance, urban economics, and machine learning. I received my PhD degree in Land Economy from the University of Cambridge, my BEng and MPhil degrees from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST), as well as the Master of Urban Planning (MUP) degree from National University of Singapore (NUS). I am also a member of the Cambridge Real Estate Machine Learning Lab (CREMLL). Before joining Monash, I have worked in industries as management consultant and financial analyst in IBM, Citibank, etc.
